Hello @WiehoffGaryJames1
We're sorry you are having difficulties connecting to the premium family history sites.
What site, specifically, are you having issues with?

It will not connect to any of the Premium FHC websites

Sorry you are having problems, here is a link for installing the extension for the Portal. After the extension icon turning Green, it seems that some centers have to clear all history and cookies and restart the browser then wait up to 5 minutes .

The Portal is still being tweaked. It worked a while, but issues arose. We are all excited to have it back and will surely post in our FHC groups about it being up and running!

Good news,
Portal and Premium Websites along with Restricted Records are officially fully operational as of last Thursday afternoon. If you are having problem accessing the extension may not be fully installed.

We have tried to install the extension but the button that says installed is grayed out. We don't know how to get the extension installed.

ChristineMary1,
Did you pin the extension? This is a last step. It should then be green and operable.

Yes, I have pinned the extension and tried both as the administrator and as a patron and it just says the family history center is unrecognized.

I suggest calling FHC Support. Install TeamViewer beforehand so that the missionary you contact can look at your computer.
***Is WIN 10 up to date? You should be on 20H1 at least. 21H1 is the best. Go to Settings, Updates and Security, Choose the blue, underlined "Online updates...." and update all your computers, if that is needed. You should check for updates each week. Also do the optional updates, checking each box.
Having the correct version can also help your problem.
