Guest does not have video ability on his computer. (can not use Zoom) Put in ID of consultation but that did not work. Guest does not use Zoom or other video conferencing technology.

Guest has used Team viewer and a phone. Is that combo a viable option for a FHL consultation appointment?

Unable to attend appointment was with a Jeff Maris (Sic). All calls went into the phone tree and no one was able to connect with FHL to help guest get his consultation appointment.

Is the FHL consultation appointment able to be accessed using a phone? android or apple Guest tried to get into the appointment on his phone but got error that the appointment ID was not valid.

As Sanra explained in her answer; you need to contact FHL. We do not have the information you are requesting.
