I'm not 100% certain on how to index the applicant's other name. Should I put "Sister Saint" as the Prefix and "Faustina" as the Given Name?

I would index it like this:

    Prefix: Sister

Given names: St Faustine Or Blanche Claire

    Surname: Freeman
