Please help to permit sealing.

Previously this infant was believed to have been stillborn, but the death record says that she lived 26 minutes. Ordinances will not permit sealing to parents. Please escalate to the temple department, and if this isn't the way to do it, please tell me where the instructions to do so are now hidden.

You can REPOST this post of yours there; and, where, a "Moderator" [ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel)] can take on your matter, via/through a "Private" communication (ie. 'Messaging').

You can, wait; and, hope, a "Moderator" [ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel)] notices you post here; but, I suggest that it would be quicker to simply repost in that 'Category' of "Temple".

Oh, I am Sorry ...

I just took a look at that infant, Williams ( GZ8T-XWJ )

You may NOT need the intervention by 'FamilySearch' "Support" (or, 'FamilySearch' "Data Administration").

I suggest, that you simply, "Delete"/"Remove" the reference to, "Stillborn", in the "Other Information" Section.

Once, that reference, to "Stillborn", in the "Other Information" Section, is "Delete"/"Remove", then, the "Temple" Work ( ie. "SP" ) should become available.

You may just need to, also, "Refresh" the "Person/Details" page/screen, just to give both, databases ( ie. the "Family Tree" Database; and, the "Temple" Database), time to synchronise.
