Time line accuracy?
I recently received a time line profile for my great grandfather Caleb Hyrum Baldwin. In reviewing the time line it appears that a very important link is missing. Sometime after 1860, while Caleb Clark Baldwin and his son Caleb Hyrum Baldwin were living in the Provo, Utah area, they were called on a mission to the "Muddy" in Nevada. Only after this mission was dissolved did the family move and establish residence in Beaver, Utah.
I have unsuccessfully tried numerous times to find the documentation of the mission call and would ask for your help in locating any documentation. Caleb Hyrum told stories of the hardships endured while serving on the Muddy to my father, Aubra Baldwin, and subsequently, retold to me. I have no questions concerning the fact that they were called and served but documentation is severely limited and or unavailable.
If Family Search has any information on this subject, I would greatly appreciate knowing about it.
