Indexing by mobile phone Tutorial

Is there a tutorial for indexing by mobile phone? Most families in my Stake have mobile phones; few households have a computer or laptop. I'm hoping to introduce indexing by mobile phone if we can figure out how to do it properly. Any assistance or suggestions are appreciated.

As the article above explains, there is not currently a way to index on a phone. Does your stake have a Family History Center? That can be a good resource for those who lack computers or tablets at home.
