Copying in the location by right clicking
For those few (like me) who have not discovered this:
After you type in a location, you can hold down the left mouse and highlight the location, then you can paste that copied information into the next one you want to index by right clicking the mouse. This will continue to paste
in until a copy change is made. Of course we do have the new location finder, but in some cases this might help.

Good tips. And for those who like keyboard shortcuts, the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V) will also paste. Likewise, Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A) will select (highlight) the contents of a whole Field, and Ctrl+C (or Cmd+C) will copy what’s been selected (highlighted).

There is also an Icon at the top tool bar that allows you to copy what is in that field to all subsequent records for that field. There is also another icon that allows you to copy what was entered in the previous records field to the new field in the record that you are now indexing or reviewing.
EXAMPLE: in the Census County Field on the first entry, I enter the correct information, hit the copy text to the following matching fields, and it automatically enters the census county in all records for that batch.

Software bug
Using table entry, the numbers on the left of the table are spaced incorrectly vís-a-vís the rows of the table. Line 1 is okay, but by the time you get to the 40th line it appears to be labelled as line 37. It's very confusing when trying to find a specific line, or when adding an entry. There's a button to create entry 41, but the last line seems to be 37, making you think you should create 38 not 41.
