How do I locate a record if I have the batch number and source call no?

Years ago I printed a copy of a record I would like to see, now I am not able to retrieve it by the batch and source call no. Have these numbers changed?

Here is the link to the IGI record

    https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:1:MP5P-9XY

I did a search for Mary Davis with a father John Davis and location Onondaga, New York. To search the IGI do Search, Genealogies and at the bottom of the screen under collection select - International Genealogical Index

The record is currently in Family Tree and can be found at

    https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/MP5P-9XY

You can also search using the name - Mary Davis and the batch number but you will need to look at several results because there are multiple Mary Davis's in that batch.

Thank you very much. But I see someone has changed the date to 1850, originally it was 1839. So it probably is not mine.
