"Ordinance Ready" does not update
Four days ago I performed Baptism/Confirmation on a big group of names. When I went online today to print cards for Initiatory I went to "Ordinance Ready" and it didn't show any of the names that had B + C done as being ready for Initiatory. I had to go to the Ordinances Completed list and write down the names, then come back and search for them on the Reservations list to print them out. Very time-consuming!

Ordinances Ready does not know what ordinance you completed recently. It gives you ordiances for relatives who need that ordinance, that person may be a closer relation, may have been waiting longer for the Initiatory ordinance or some other reason, but that is the way it was designed to give you ordinances that are ready to perform.

A couple of clarifying details might help determine whether what you are seeing is a flaw in the routine or not.
- How many B/C did you do? What was the number of names in that big group?
- How did you originally get that group of names? Did you find them here and there yourself or did you find them through Ordinances Ready? (which I doubt because that would have only given you four names.)
- Were these names that someone else had previously shared with the temple, that is, 90 day reservations, or names you have found and reserved and so have 2 year reservations?
- Which reservation list did you go back to find these names on?
Ordinances Ready looks first at your personal reservation list and takes names from there. If there are not enough, it looks at your personal shared-with-temple list. If it still does not have enough names, then it starts with you and goes up and down you direct pedigree and down collateral branches in some order that I have never heard specified or whether the order is even the same each time. If it still can't find names for you, it takes them from the general shared-with-temple list.
You did say that you had these names on a Reservations list. Which one? Were all the names that Ordinances Ready pulled for you also on the same Reservations list? The other Reservations list? Did the ones that Ordinances Ready pull have expiration dates that were sooner than the B/C you just did that now would have had their expiration dates extended by a year? I'm not sure how the expiration date or reservation date might affect Ordinances Ready.
