Why is auto fill only on some documents, is this going to change
Some documents auto fill and some dont, just want to know if this is how it is going to be.

I am a stake leader and I have people feeling that help is to complicated to get on line, we are dealing with a lot of elderly that have trouble with computers and just want to hear a voice on the end of the line. I do what I can, it keeps me busy and that is ok, but it is a problem for a lot of people
