Starting at image 18 the left and right sides of the pages no longer line up. So images 16 and 17 are aligned where the persons name is on image 16 and their correct parents/image is on image 17, but image 18's back side is image 21 instead of image 19. I am not certain how long this continues, but I am over half-way through the record set and as of image 62 they are still misaligned.

It is the Cabo Verde, bilhetes de identidade, Praia, RPSAC-Cx 410, peça 01, 1929-1930.

Thank you in advanced!

Buena suerte.-

-im just trying to translate cesar’s message-

Hello, I hope this will serve you, in rare occasions, I may find a review batch with many records that still need indexing.

If you have spent time on a lot before you realize when something like the above(in italics) happens, you should return the lot for indexing again, or indicate(or index/fix) it yourself and send it. please don’t send back batches frequently. If you see many batches of the same project that need re-indexing, contact family search, to inform us(or familysearch) of the problem.

Ps:You(respectively) can Finnish the batch and Send it.if you make changes, but send back the batch, your changes will not be saved.

    Steps.

if you need to return a batch for it to be re-indexed, here are the steps.

    1. Communicate with familysearch support, and give the the batch number.
    2. Keep the batch for a minimum of 24 hour to give them ample time to assess the situation.
    3. in the main menu, click batch, then (in the drop down) click re-index batch.
    4. In the box that opens, indicate(type/say) if it kept or lost it’s information.

or, if you are missing any rows(or records), but what has already been done is correct, select keep the indexed data.

or, if all/most of the information is incorrect, or does agree with the image, click delete index data.

.5. Then click return the batch to be re-indexed.

for the correcting of the errors before you sent the batch, all you need to do is click on the image where you made the errors and an entry form will be there for correction.

If you are working on a record where you have made many entries for the same image, at the top of the form to the area where it says Image ___ enter number 1 __ and return it at the beginning of your entries. You can also use the arrow keys in that box to take it to You can also work in several input fields in different projects.

For example, some projects with many entries will allow you to view them in column mode. This makes it very easy to detect errors. To see what is available, click on Data Input and see if you have access to Table, Column and Row entry in addition to Form Entry. Otherwise, share your lot to get a better answer.

    Good luck

@meredithannkenney1 The earlier response is assuming that you are indexing these records. Is that the case? If so, we will move your question over to the Indexing area for help.

If you are searching the images for records of your own family, looking at the set of images you referenced, the images seem to have been captured in the order they were in the original book. Our camera operators capture the images as they find them--the goal being to reproduce the original documents as they appear and in the order they appear. That sometimes means that we have to do a bit more searching in order to find all the information we are looking for.
