indexing Philippine birth records

Greetings! It would help us to best help you if we could look at your batch for ourselves. Please “share” your batch. Click on the third icon from the right in the horizontal toolbar to learn how. Essentially, you can copy and paste the URL of the open batch (all of what is in the address bar). Another option is to copy and paste the “batch code,” which is the letters and numbers inside the square brackets [ ] at the end of the full name of your batch. Or you can just copy and paste the full name of your batch.

@ManzonAngelinaCastillo1 . You haven't shared your Batch information yet - please Share that information.
But I'm going to take a chance and guess that you might have extra blank entries leftover after you've used all you needed (i.e. 22), and when you Submit, the System gives you error messages because of it. If so, then click on the trashcan icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar, choosing the option "all blank entries" and clicking Delete will get rid of them and allow you to Submit. Give that a try. If it doesn't help, then for sure we need to look at your batch for ourselves. Thanks.

Good evening, brother John Empoliti, thank you for your reply and yes, I have to delete all of the leftover blank entries.
It's so much fun indexing especially during these times of trials.
Thank you so much.
