Access to TFH Activity Reports
As a Stake Temple and Family History Consultant and FHC Director - I don't have access to the stake/ward TFH activity reports to be able to identify areas within the wards under my supervision. This is very frustrating when the Stake HC assigned to this area has little to no computer access or knowledge. How can I over come this?

I am just a 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I am a Member of the Church ... ]
Short Answer:
Basically, your only other option would be, to ask another "High Counselor", in the Stake; or, a Member of the Stake Presidency, for a "Copy", of those "Temple and Family History Activity" Reports.
Been there ... done that
FYI
Just in case you were not aware ...
Previously ...
The, "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre", DID (ie. used to) have access to the "Temple and Family History Activity" Reports.
Subsequently ...
That access was removed from the 'Calling' of the "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre"; because, the assumption was that, that 'Calling' could (always) obtain a "Copy" of those Reports from their, Priesthood line of authority; that being, the "High Counselor" in the Stake, with the responsibility in "Temple and Family History" Work (and, others, higher up, if needs be).
That was great in "Theory"; but, as you have experienced, NOT always good in "Practice".
As an aside ...
I was/have been lucky, as my Priesthood line of authority (ie. the "High Counselor", with the responsibility in "Temple and Family History" Work, in the Stake), was "Computer" savvy; and, if he was not available, at the time, I had a good rapport, with ALL the "High Counselor"; and, Stake Presidency; so, I never did/do not have such a problem/issue as you are experiencing.
I understand, the thinking behind, the taking away of the access to those Reports, from the 'Calling' of the "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" - that being MORE 'interaction' between the various Levels of Authority.
But, what that thinking failed to take into consideration is that,
(1) Much (if not, most) of the 'input' and 'ideas', STARTS with, the the 'lowly' "Temple and Family History" Consultants; and,
(2) Much (if not, most) of the 'input' and 'ideas', flows "Upwards", FROM the likes of the 'lowly' "Temple and Family History" Consultants, TO the Stake, High Council; and, Presidency.
Brett
ps: Good Luck

Are you referring to the FAHR (Family History Activity report)? Here is a link for that report.

@genbug08 , reread the OP. StephenKirby007 knows where to find the report but in his role as Stake T&FH Consultant and FHC Director he does not have computer authorized Access .

In the above link there is a sub link for who has access to the report and tell who he can get the report from.. Here is also the link.. Would it be possible to meet with your High Counslor and you can work togather to get the reports
What callings can access the Family History Activity Report (FHAR)? • FamilySearch

I cannot access either of the above links. As a Stake TFHC I also feel it is vital to have access to the reports that I used to be able to access. It makes no sense to have to "ask and plead" for someone else (a male) to print the reports for me for 9 wards and the stake. This is a stake calling with responsibility to, among other things, train 60+ ward TFHC and help them to support their wards. Why can we not access reports that have no personal identifying data on them?

This sounds like a good question to ask your Area Temple and Family History Advisor?

FYI
It's 'Brett'.
Just in passing ...
Like it or not ...
Short Answer: "Stake/District, Temple and Family History, Consultants", DO NOT get access to that "Report".
"Stake/District, Temple and Family History, Consultants", MUST go through, their (Local) "Priesthood" Leader, who they are responsible to, to obtain a "Copy" of that "Report".
That is the PROTOCOL, that the "Church" has set in place ...
ORIGINALLY, I know, for a fact, that the "Stake/District, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre", DID have access, to that "Report"; but, unfortunately, for whatever reason, that access was (later) WITHDRAWN, for that 'Calling'.
Basically, the option would be, to ask the "High Counselor", in the Stake; or, a Member of the Stake Presidency, responsible for "Temple and Family History" Work, for a "Copy", of the "Temple and Family History Activity" Report.
Just my thoughts.

You can obtain the stake report from your high councilor over your calling. Also, the ward temple and family history leader should be providing these reports to the ward temple and family history consultants.

This might be a good question to pose to your Area Temple and Family History Advisor. Maybe he can suggest a method to streamline access to the information you need.

I too am a stake T&FHC that unfortunately has no access to the FHAR. Since my stake HC is very very busy, I get the report through the stake RS councilor over T&FH (I realize that is not going through my Priesthood lines of authority, but hey, it works)!!

Chas, I checked and I don't have an area advisor so there is no one to ask (or to train me).

Question:
WHAT about, ALL the OTHER, "High Counselors", in the Stake; or, not to mention, the Member of the Stake Presidency, responsible for "Temple and Family History" Work (or, even, the "Clerk", of the Stake)?
As, a "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant", one MUST, develop; and, nurture, a good relationship with ALL ...
ie. Especially, ALL of ...
▬ Stake Presidency (ALL); and,
▬ High Counselors (ALL); and,
▬ Stake Clerks (and, especially, Technology Specialist); and,
▬ "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre"; and,
▬ OTHER "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultants"; and,
▬ Bishops; and, Branch Presidents, (and, their Counselors)
▬ "Ward/Branch, Temple and Family History, Leaders"
[ To PROMOTE, "Temple and Family History" Work; and, ESPECIALLY, to MANAGE 'Upwards' ... Lead/Guide/Direct ... ]
[ But, of course, in a way, that they do not realise, that one is doing it, that way ... ]
And ...
As, a "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant", DOES NOT, this "Link", also INCLUDE, your (Local) "Area, Temple and Family History, Advisor" .. it used to .. or, has that been 'Removed' (as, I have not looked for a while)

Just my thoughts.
