Relationship viewing
Long ago I checked the box to allow relationship viewing. Yet a person who shares an ancestor with me cannot access my tree. WHY?

I looked at your attachments and I can not tell who has allowed the viewing and who has not? Is Perr... another name for you?
For people to see the relationship both sides need to enable it and sometimes the Engineers reset our settings in the course of their updates.

If we understand your attachments. Your relative is getting the message that you do not have relationship sharing enabled? The person you want to know the relationship to has their relationship viewing enabled. We are sending you a private email to ask questions.

Thank you. I've always assumed he has his relationship viewing enabed because he has periodically emailed me, asking me to enable relationship viewing. I've been telling him for months that relationship viewing is enabled, but he reports getting the message that it is not enabled. I don't know what else to do.
