I was not able to find a merge button for Albums.
You could copy and paste the memories from one album to another and then delete the Album you did not need. That would give you the same result.

not truly a direct merge
but you can simply select all the items in one album - and select "add album" and add them to the other album
and then delete one of the albums. (deleting albums does not delete items in the album - they will continue to exist in the gallery)

We understand that you would like to merge 2 albums together.
Unfortunately there is no merge functionality.
However, you can easily do this by following these steps:
Open the album with the least number of memories.
Click each memory so that there is a blue check in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Actions from the top of the screen and click Add to Album.
Then choose the album that you would like to add them to,
Once you verify that they are there, you can simply delete the other Album.
If needed you can rename the remaining album by opening the album and clicking edit title.
Hope this works for you.

note you DO NOT have to click each item one by one
You can hold down your SHIFT key - and click the first and while continuing to hold down the shift key you can click the last - and they will all then be selected for you to then go on to the next step of "add album".

note however in merging items from two albums - as discussed above - you can really only do a multi-select with about 100 items at a time - you can actually multi-select any number - but if you select more than 100 - the process itself you attempt will usually end up in a "stall" and you will get a looping icon forever - until you refresh your screen.
so best to try groups of like 100 items at a time if you have a large volume.
