It would save a lot of time if they would put in https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/do-i-need-permission-from-the-closest-living-relative-to-do-temple-ordinances that written permission is required for proxy work and the format that the permission should be done. I wasted a month waiting to get the church to release the names after getting verbal permission from next of kin.

    I have a permission slip signed by the close living relative to his parent's temple work done, but I don't know how to send it in. I received a answer from family search but I don know how to use it to send in the permission slip
