Reporting

I would like to get a report/any report that identifies the top 10 mistakes being made through indexing. (ideally for my stake, but world-wide would be acceptable) I can then have a training class to address these issues and minimize the mistakes so as indexers/reviewers we can be more productive. If we could have this report on a regular basis, then as more issues arise, we can address in a more timely manner and move the work into a better transcription result.

I don't need to know who, just what common mistakes are being made.

I am not sure if you are able to break the report to show the common mistakes (less than 20%) or those that are over the 20% which now cause an additional transcription review.

I'm not sure what happened but the birth indexing is not right for me change because the information that is to indexing is for death indexing so I can not do work on it.
