I have a temple slip showing ordinances performed on a relative who has evidentially been merged. She is Mary Lord GC72-4R

2. Her former identification number is G3LM-7ZR

I don't see where to reach a missionary to fix this.

I would actually undo that merge because someone merged 2 women of different names, Sarah and Mary? I would restore your Mary and then correctly merge her with the number you have hand written and then the temple ordinances should appear and she will be correct with her parents. Also I see a source reference under the husband Andrew Newcomb that he had 2 wives Mary being one and then he married Sarah when Mary passed. Someone seems to have wrongly combined the 2 wives. More than ordinances need to be fixed. More sources attached would help as well. The marriage info for Sarah and Andrew seems to be correct.
