República Dominicana—Registro civil, Defunciones, 1838–1984 [Part F] [MSN3-B6K
I am reviewing this batch. The last record in the batch continues onto the next page. However when I try to access "Show Reference Images", a message appears that "This image is currently not available (forbidden)." This record cannot be accurately indexed/reviewed without access to the following page. Help!

Our internal department has answered the question: I am reviewing this batch. The last record in the batch continues onto the next page. However when I try to access "Show Reference Images", a message appears that "This image is currently not available (forbidden)." This record cannot be accurately indexed/reviewed without access to the following page.
When someone is looking at a Share Batch, we are unable to see reference images.
If are the reviewer, cannot see the reference images, please index what you can see on the document and mark the balance of the fields <blank> Unfortunately, there is no other way to view the next image in this case because of a problem with the program.
Thank you for making the extra effort to index these records.

I have been getting that "forbidden" message alot just on regular images in my own batch! I exit the batch, wait a bit, return and can see the images. Another glitch?

You could also go to Batch and select About Batch from the drop-down menu. It gives its collection and image number in the Historical Records. Once you locate it, you will be able to see the next image to complete the partial record.

You can not use information from an image outside the batch to index. The reviewer will see it and have no idea where it came from and will delete it.
They need to be returned and reported.
edited: We are in the process of clarifying what needs to be done with this batch. Hang on to it while we get an answer.
