Enable Position of Documents to be Changed

Idea ---> In the document, photo section allow for changing of position of documents. I would like to place photos, stories, documents in order of date. I tried to drag the documents and changes positions but that was not enabled. Would like to see that done.

This has been a long requested feature - - I know the engineers are aware of it.

When it will be done - I dont know.
