I am reviewing a batch with a duplicate image. In trying to correct the problem, I am not allowed to choose the image that is a duplicate and it is not letting me submit the batch without choosing which image is the duplicate. Is there a solution to this problem?

Image 4 is NOT a duplicate of Image 3 because there is information written on 3 that is not on 4. A duplicate image is an EXACT duplicate of another image, not just an image with the same information. Thus, Image 4 also needs to be indexed. You can read more about Duplicate Images by clicking on the link in the General Indexing Guidelines portion of the project instructions.

However, in looking at the shared batch, that is not the reason the batch would not submit. The reason is that all of the images have not been reviewed. There has to be a green check mark in every field that has been verified and also a green check mark in the last check box "I've verified every field".

So, after you index Image 4, and then make sure that all the images have been reviewed, the batch should submit.
