The matching name by itself is not necessarily an indication of error. I have an ancestor who married a woman with exactly the same name as his mother. (Luckily, he was not named after his father.)

It is a very confusing record for Marie Guignard, L8JP-3WS.
Marie Guignard is listed as a child of Pierre Guinard LV41-FG2, and Marie-Josephe Pare’ LVCF-WDC. She has sources for spouse Antoine Delepch and Jean Epenier. There are no sources for the marriage to Pierre Guiognard, GHVY-LMV, and his details page has a lot of sources for children with a mother called Marie Paris. Is it possible the link between Marie Guignard and Pierre Guinard is incorrect? That the mother of Marie Guignard GHVY-P4C should be Marie Parris, and list all the other children from the Record Hints? Could the actual parent be LVCF-WDC. Also the first record hint has the Father in Law, Pierre Guignard, LV41-FG2 attached to Pierre Guignard GHVY-LMV.
You could detach that connection and connect it accurately. Use the article link below:

It appears that we have not answered your question yet. Therefore let me digress into the purpose of FamilySearch Family Tree. Computers do NOT do pedigree analysis and correction. That is the responsibility of the user. We assist you with the techniques and mechanics of the pedigree and research. The computer is the tool that does the work but you make the decisions. We do have some indexing projects (obituaries) that take typewritten data and produce an index. Otherwise the computers are not yet smart enough to do the work of a human.
If you contact us by phone and ask for Family Tree someone with experience in the Tree will be glad to assist you in the analysis of the pedigree and making corrections to the tree. That is the limit of our capabilities and available staff.
Purpose Statement:
- Family Tree is a little different from other similar sites in that it is a single tree linked together in families, rather than a site that allows users to create and manage their own private trees. This difference means that everyone works together on the same data, allowing for the potential to connect every member of the human family.
- Family Tree compares records and sources in order to help you resolve mistakes or duplication in records. It also provides messaging and collaboration tools, as well as free expert phone support, to help you resolve errors.
- Family Tree draws from FamilySearch's enormous database to provide record hints. This makes it easier to link you and your ancestors to earlier generations.
- The Memories section can help foster deeper connections to ancestors. It provides a place where you can preserve and share photos and histories.
- We want Family Tree to be accessible to as many people as possible. You can view it through a variety of means, including on mobile devices, with the Family Tree and Memories apps, or in areas with low bandwidth, with the Family Tree Lite website.
Go to Help and at the bottom of the pop-up is Contact Us for our hours and phone number.
