We understand that you are getting a 403 error when searching.

Often this can be caused by corrupted cookies and temp files. Please click the Help icon (the small circle with the question mark inside of it in the upper right corner) and enter the search term "Cookies" for the help article "How do I delete all of the cookies and temporary files stored by my internet browser?".

If you need further assistance click help and then Contact Us for our hours and phone number and give us a call.

No, @AllanH01, the poster clearly said "research help", not searching.

I suspect this is either related to or exactly the same as the problem that was asked about earlier this month, regarding the 1871 England & Wales census (https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/268663#Comment_268663).
