@ERIC MEYER_1 If you use the Record Collections, you are correct that the waypoint for Ward 8 is missing and images are incomplete for Ward 7.
We popped over to the catalog and found that DGS 4232719 is supposed to cover wards 6-10. Here is the catalog page: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/705079?availability=Family%20History%20Library
We clicked the camera icon to see if images were more complete going in this way. We see that there are 673 images (https://www.familysearch.org/search/film/004232719?cat=705079). Image 4 says that volume 20 is going to contain wards 6, 7, and 8. Volume 20 begins on image 188. Opening a random image towards the end (image 650), it is from Ward 8.
Conclusion: the waypoints in record collections are incomplete. But, from the catalog, you can get to all the images.
Right now we are not able to report inaccurate and incomplete waypoints in Record Collections to the group that would make corrections. FamilySearch is examining options for better ways to make corrections. We hope that, in the not too distant future, we will be able to report issues such as this and get them fixed. Meanwhile, we hope this alternate route to the census images will get you to the information you are seeking.
