My Cases

I would like to programmer for Family Search to reinstate the My Cases feature. It is not available currently. I am a service missionary and completed my escalation portion of my training but when I went to pass if off the feature was no longer there. If someone has an escalation problem where are they to go to submit their question. Also all of my own personal cases are gone. PLEASE PLEASE put My Cases under the ? Help options. Thanks
