How do I index a birth record with death records in the same batch??

    You would mark image 5 as No, No Extractable Data per the 3rd bulleted project instruction:

    • Mark all non-death images, such as birth, probate, court, or supplementary documentation records, in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.

    To return to Step 1, click Step 2: Entries above the blue bar on your entry forms. Toggle back to Step 1, click on the down arrow, and select No, No Extractable Data. Click Delete Entries for This Image.

    The image will be reviewed and placed in a different collection.

    Please share your batch in a comment here by copying and pasting the batch link or batch code.

    Steps

    1. When your batch is open, just above the toolbar, click Help.
    2. On the drop-down menu, click Share Batch.
    3. The Share Batch window opens, giving you two options:
      • Copy the batch link
      • Share the batch code
