I've added people to my tree only to have them changed and erased off my tree the next day ?
I've added to my tree with names off my family tree from Ancestory.com which I have DNA to back up all these added names but when I check back a day later they are deleted and other names are added and I've left notes to say I have DNA to back up what I have put up on my tree so what is going on and how can I get whoever is doing this to stop and leave my information alone ?????

Family Tree is based on historical records. Where DNA matches suggest a discrepancy, it is appropriate to note the discrepancy on profiles here rather than changing the tree contrary to historical records. Have you done that?
DNA matches by themselves are between living or recently living persons and do not constitute a pedigree. Have you gone the extra distance and done phylogenetic analyses on the DNA? Are the results published?
What kind of DNA are your matches? If Y DNA, are they showing possible Not Paternity Expected events? That will get push-back from descendants. If you are going to offend others, you'll want to take extra care to not make mistakes. You will want to proceed carefully.
If you share the PIDs where you are being reverted, I may take a look and make some relevant suggestions.
