KWJZ-6SG & KWJZ-DLC read only PID not attached to document since 23June

KWJZ-6SG Nelson Higgins still not attached to 1847 day book documenting his daughter's marriage. Case vanished when escalated. No contact from Hist. dept. Never had this much trouble attaching a Mormon Battalion document to a read only PID, I've handled dozens, and the Asael Smith family bible vitals.

emailed Hancock trouble directly to support@FS. I have no guarantee that they will reply. I might try using some old case numbers with same read only problem?
