I am indexing Liberia 2008 census. It states when listing place of birth, if it is not in the drop down to type the number listed on the census. the box will not allow you to type in a number - only choose from the drop down - so I am putting blank....can this be resolved?

I am having the exact same issue... One of the individuals has a different citizenship (54 instead of 51, Liberia) and I cannot record the number...
