Only allowing 1 name to be indexed

I am working on the 2008 Liberian Census. I have done many, many batches of this in the past without issue. Today when I open the record it shows several family members (1 showed 10, 1 8) but the system shows 1 image of 1. I thought maybe it was going to require each name to be a separate batch for some reason, but when I said to submit the batch the other 9 names disappeared. When I opened the next record, I had the same issue. Not sure what to do. Anybody have any thoughts?

Thanks!

We need to have the batch number so we can see what the problem is. Thank you for your diligence in indexing these records.
