New additions are not correct. Living persons are listed as deceased.
Someone has fiddled with my family tree and messed it up quite a bit. I know many of the people in the tree, so I am absolutely certain about this. I think the problem is that my uncle and my great grandfather have the same name, Henry Edward Dumas. Someone new to the family tree, obviously a relative of Olivia Barnett (my aunt by marriage) has mixed things all up and I don't know how to fix it. Please help.
You can clearly see that Olivia Barnett Olivia Barnett L1JQ-DV7 and Henry Edward Dumas LYSX-ZM6 were married, but the chart now shows Carrie Wertheimer M4H7-PWZ (Henry's grandmother) as his child!!!
I've worked very hard at this tree and don't want to see it destroyed.
Also , I'm pretty sure that Kathy Perez Deceased • G71P-9DD is still living.
Can you help?

Caryn,
If the only problem is that Henry's grandmother is also listed as his child, that is easy to fix, especially since she is also listed as his grandmother and it's the same ID in both places. You just need to go to Henry Edward Dumas's page, and remove his grandmother as his child. This article, which can be found in the Help Center, explains how to do that.
And if you are certain that Kathy Perez is living, this article explains how to request she be changed from deceased to living in the tree.
I clicked FamilySearch under Search Records on her person page and several Social Security Death Index records for Kathy Perez's came up. Of course, they could be totally different individuals, but if you haven't already done so, and you don't know for sure that she is living, you might want to look for a death record.
Hope this helps.

Thank you so much! I will work on this as soon as I have some time and try to get it all straight.
I'll also reach out to Kathy to confirm her status before I make any changes.
