Line 2, what does the (P & Turner) mean and how do I enter it?

It’s a company name, Pane & Turner, (where he works), the “P” referring back to the “Paine, J H” just preceding, and his partner (perhaps) named Turner. You’d index Turner as SN=Turner, GN=Ctrl+B, you would index Paine, J H normally (SN=Paine, GN =J H). If you want too 100% strict you might also make an Entry for SN=Paine, and GN=Ctrl+B in case J H Paine is just an employee of Paine & Turner and not the Paine after whom the company is named.

Thank you very much. That clears up my concern.
