On the 12th entry where you are supposed to write the "Officiator's name" it was written: license returned unused. Do I delete the entry?

You would index the information and render the officiator's fields blank using Ctrl + B. We index marriage licenses whether they are used or not.

Don't forget to add the punctuation to names and place names per the field helps:

In this project, include all punctuation when typing names and place-names.
