I have completed 5 of apparently 12 names but can't figure out how to move to the next document in the series

If your project is preset to 1 of 12 entries, after you have indexed all the names on the image, you would delete the unused entries. To do this click on the trash can, select "all blank entries", click delete. If there are more images in your batch, then the last entry will have a box to click with "next image". If there are no more images in your batch, then the last entry will have a box to click that says "submit batch".

You know how many images are in your batch because of the blue bar that says image 1 of ___ (fill in a number) and because they will show up as thumbnails in a box below the image box. You can also click on those thumbnails to proceed through a batch and then delete all the blank entries at the end of your indexing.

If that doesn't answer your question, please share the batch to get a better answer! To share a batch, click on the third icon from the right and copy and paste the link and/or batch code that appear. The batch code is also the series of letters and numbers that follows the project title at the top of the screen. To copy highlight the selection and use Ctrl or Cmd + C and to copy and then Ctrl or Cmd + V to paste depending on whether you are using a PC or a MAC.
