I can't open your batch, but, the answer is yes, you only put the child's name and info since they are the ones who need to be naturalized.

We are told to index all documents that are used in the naturalization process except for the ones that are indicated in the Project instructions. We also follow these guidelines as found in the Project instructions under What to Remember About this Project line 7: Index information about the person seeking naturalization and about the person's spouse, all in the same entry in the data entry area. Do not index the names of parents, children, or other relatives that are listed on the document. In this case you will index the information about the child and any other information that pertains only to the child.
