Why was entire family of James Hardy locked? ( MMW8-Q2L)

He is my collateral ancestor and I placed most of the information about him and his descendants into Family Tree. Another descendant from Australia just contacted me. He wants to collaborate on adding more information about James and others in this line. But now we can't because it's "view only." This is highly frustrating.

Hello @nicolemiller2,

James Hardy 1799–1870  • MMW8-Q2L is viewable for me in Chrome. Usually Chrome and Firefox work best for me but this may have been a glitch in the system that is now resolved.

Also, make sure you are keeping your preferred browser updated.

Are you able to pull him up now?
