Why was this record in Family Tree locked? KWJ4-X1M
I was surprised to see that this record KWJ4-X1M for Mary Ann Jarvis Smith Crossley has been locked.
Why and who did this, please?

How interesting. They support Mac and PC clients on separate servers. So part of their server farm is down and their redundancy system has failed too. I hope they are not being attacked.

The entire Family Tree appears to be locked at the moment.

Not so, I can access and change other individuals in my tree, by not Mary Ann KWJ4-X1M

@Ken Crossley , I just checked a bunch of people on your tree and they are all Read Only.

How can this get fixed? My wife uses a PC and the tree is available to her, but on my Mac, the Mary Ann's record is locked. In fact, my wife just reclassified a document that accidentally placed into the photo section, no problem.
I have refreshed my screen, the record is still locked, but I can see the change that my wife made.
