Thank you for your question, we looked into this batch: Seems to be a mixed records- The project instructions has so much information on what this project is, and how to index this project.
About This Project
- This project is to index church records from the county of Västerbotten, Sweden. These church records include births, baptisms, banns, marriages, deaths, and burials up to the year 1860. (A small number of records may have been created outside of this date range, but they should still be indexed.)
- These church records were handwritten and may be difficult to read.
- This project has three record types: födelse och dop (birth and baptism), lysning och vigsel (banns and marriage), or död och begravning (death and burial).
The years that are outside the date ranges will be indexed. If you are 90% sure that these are both Death and birth records then you can follow the PI guidelines: Some registers were kept in journal format, where non-vital events, such as confirmations or accounts, may be mixed in with vital records that should be indexed. - So, if these are Birth and Death records they can be indexed for both.
We detected a problem in this batch : in What to Index, the images on how to index these records are not opening, we have enquired about this problem to internal department.
The following images are not opening: How to Index a Birth and Baptism Record, How to Index a Death and Burial, How to Index a Banns and Marriage Record.
Our internal department is aware that the How to Index examples do not open. This is a very old project and we are unable to correct this problem. Please use the written Project Instructions, and the Field Helps and the examples there to index this project.

@EllaVanCamp1 We will need a Shared Batch code in order to help.
You can find that by following these steps.
- Just above the toolbar, click Help.
- On the drop-down menu, click Share Batch.
- The Share Batch window opens, giving you two options:
- Copy the batch link, and paste it in an email to the helper or post it on the Share Batch, Etc. page on Facebook. The helper can click the link and go directly to the batch.
- Share the batch code so the helper can enter it in the web indexing tool and open the batch.
- A second way to find the batch code is by clicking Batch, then About Batch. The Batch ID is the same as the code.

The share batch number is the Batch ID. It is the series of letters and numbers. The Image Name doesn't help.

This is an example of where to find the batch code, batch number, or batch ID- here circled.

One of the best ways to give the batch information is to copy the title information which is just above the green line if you are indexing or the red line if you are reviewing.
Example:
US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part C][M34H-2Z4]
The last 7 digits are the batch code and the most necessary but having the entire title is the most helpful.

Most Swedish records I have done are either a birth/baptism or a death/burial record. This one seems to be birth/death of children....so do I do a birth index and a death index for each child?
