What is the share batch code for the problem. it looks like XXXX-XXX
Do you have Auto Complete checked? you go to batch. go to settings, then click on auto complete and make sure It is unchecked
the other thing I have found is don't hit a return move the cursor on to the next field - if you hit a return it will fill in the word that has been used before for instance if you had Harry L if you hit a return it will put in Leigh for L - you probably don't want that so put in L and move the mouse to the next field and it should just stay L - It can be maddening!

Auto-complete is a little wonky at times. If you hit the first character of a name and then move elsewhere with your mouse, the auto-complete won't happen. I have also had instances where I moved off too fast, and auto-complete didn't catch up.
Hit the "J" and wait to see the desired name pop up in the drop down list, then hit enter. (Hahahaha: pop up in drop down.) If there are a lot of J names in the last, the most recent one will be at the top. If not, arrow down to the one you want and hit enter (or double-click with the mouse).
