How to get rid of malware

Since we had to remove Deep Freeze we've seen a steady growth in the amount of malware on the computers. Before Deep Freeze we would install an anti-malware package just long enough to run it and then we would delete the package. With Deep Freeze we no longer had the problem. When we removed Deep Freeze we again had problems with malware. We hoped that the updates with Win 10 and Sophos were enough to stop malware. It wasn't. Malware is slower but still coming. We re-implemented the program of malware elimination until we were blocked from installing anti-malware software. We removed 800+ malware instances from each machine. Our only option now is periodically re-imaging the computers. That is a lot of time and work taking computers out of use for the time required to re-image.

Does anyone have a better option?

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately we are not able to assist you with this. You might contact your local computer store to see if they have any options for you.

Malware is best removed by reimaging the computer.
