Refused ordinance citing child born before father, father is NOT listed, Please correct this flaw in the program. Dr. Mitchell
Since this should not be happening, there must be a problem with the particular record. For the engineers to have any idea what has gone wrong here, they are going to need you post the ID of the record you are seeing this on. A screen shot always helps, incase when they look they don't see the same thing you are. The device you are using, operating system with version, and browser with version also help them sort out this kind of problem.
As another thought, sometimes those "born before" messages are not referring to who it looks like they are referring to but rather to someone else in the family. Are you sure it is not referring to not the person you are reading it on and his father, but rather him and one of his children? Here again, posting the ID and a screen shot so others can see the full details of what you are describing are pretty vital to figuring out what the problem is.
