Hi Jennie Lee. The project is pre-set with 4 entries per image. Once you have indexed the information on the image, you will need to delete the unused entries. To delete those entries, click on the trash can icon in the middle of the toolbar, select "all blank entries", and click delete. Now there will only be the information that you entered. You can do this for each image, or you can wait until you have indexed all of the images and then delete all the unused entries. (You do not have to make them blank - you just have to leave them empty!)

To be able to see what you are seeing and be able to give you an accurate answer please share the batch code or number in the title of your question. This is an example of where to find your batch code- end of the name of your project- yellow -
How to share a batch code:
· Just above the toolbar, click on Help.
· On the drop-down menu, click Share Batch.
The Share Batch window opens, giving you two options:
Copy the batch link, or copy the batch code, either one of them past it at the end of your title of you question.
To copy the batch link or code:
Click the left side of the mouse and drag it over the area you want to copy, then move your mouse over the place you want to paste and click the right side of the mouse. (Choose keep text only)
These are also sort cuts keys: You still have to drag the mouse over the area you want to copy and click:
Copy: Ctrl+C and for Paste: Ctrl+V.
A second way to find the batch code is by clicking on Batch, then About Batch. The Batch ID is the same as the code. Follow the same process of copy and paste the code in the community.
We would be happy to help you.
