Barron Wisconsin Family History Center FHC Unit Number: 3335496 computer replacement

The high Counselor, Bruce Kolberg called about the computer replacements placed in October 2020 (I believe) and a follow-up that occurred in January 2021. Yes, the tech specialist received an email saying (I believe) it is being processed. It has been over 9 months and would like answers. I also believe it was escalated before but no response on to when yet.

    Dell is not shipping computers because of a lack of computer chips. it may be some time before they start fulfilling backorders. We have no estimate of when they will have the needed supplies.
