    Hello, @Charmiller2.

Did you recently post a question or problem that needed to be moved to an internal support team in order to receive further assistance? If so, you should have been notified before the post was moved. If a moderator added information to your post after moving it, then you might have received notification of a message. But -- you wouldn't have permission to view the message because of the now-private status of the question.

Does that make sense? Hopefully, if this is the case, then you will receive a private message soon with information about a resolution to your problem.

How many similar questions need to be posted before FS fixes the completely-borked escalation process on these forums?

I am finally able to get into my church service email account. Same userid and same password that I have had for years!

I had to go to google and type in familyhistorymail.org - then i was able to get in with my old id and password - Go Figure- the link in my group also now works now. ?????
