Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
You are not alone ...
It happens ... a lot ...
Short Answer: Contact 'FamilySearch' "Support" DIRECTLY by, (1) Telephone; or, (2) a "Live" 'On-Line' "Chat".
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
[ With the various "Contact Telephone" numbers, depending on one's location, in the World ... ]
Contact Support
https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/contact-familysearch-support
DO NOT accept, if they send/direct you back to this Forum, they SHOULD (and, NEED to) be able to accommodate you on the "Telephone"; or, "Chat"; or, in the least, pass you onto the "Global Help Desk" to action what is required. In the past, I has helped/assisted others, through the process, as a 'go-between', between the User/Patron; and, 'FamilySearch' "Support"/"Global Help Centre"; but, times have recently changed.
Advise them of the situation, they WILL have to "Merge""/"Combine" your TWO (x2) 'FamilySearch' Accounts.
But ...
That Said ,,,
You may get lucky; and, get Personnel, from 'FamilySearch' "Support", working in the Forum, to 'see' this post of yours; and, contact you directly through a "Private" 'Message'; and, help/assist you.
Good Luck.
I hope this helps.

Hello, @Sharon Pagliuca.
As you've learned, it is possible to have more than one account at FamilySearch, but the accounts cannot be combined:
As mentioned in the knowledge article, "You can delete your FamilySearch Account in Settings.
"Note: If you have more than one FamilySearch account, we cannot merge them into a single account."
You will need to decide which account you want to keep and which account you might want to leave inactive, or delete. Depending on the work you've been doing, you may have a number of private (living) people in your part of the Tree in both accounts. Or, you may have been doing some indexing. Either way, you will want to make note of the information offsite and then, in the case of living individuals, add them back to your part of the tree in the account you decide to keep.
Any deceased ancestors should only appear once in the tree, so at the point where you connect to the deceased, the "separate" accounts should "read" the same way.
If the problem is you have a new email address, you can simply update the account you wish to keep with the current email address.
And, yes, both accounts can have the same email address.
