Why am I getting "Something went wrong"

While searching in Chinnor Oxfordshire England almost every search result in a full page of results comes up the the "Something went wrong" when I select it.

    When searching some times with FamilySearch it helps to change your browser as well as delete your cookies in FamilySearch.

    I experienced the same problem, I couldn't save a new source to the source box and I couldn't attach the source to the family tree. I cleared the cookies using the links above and it has worked since then.
