We see that the Delete Person option is not available for Luella M. Harris L194-QSM.
If there is a more correct duplicate in the Tree for this person, then you will want to merge the two records.
You did not provide the ID of the other record, but if you would like to post that here we can take a look at both records, side by side and then walk you through merging, if that's appropriate.

Looking at the Change Log for: L194-QSM, I see that you have made the comment:
Since the problem is that this woman is still alive, what you need to do is edit her death and change it Living. There will be a form you complete which includes documentation of why you know she is alive, then support will move the record to the private tree of the person who first entered her record so it is no longer visible to anyone.
