US, Virginia—Marriage Records, 1853–1935 (missing pages?)
Good afternoon ~
Am I missing pages from the batch for "US, Virginia—Marriage Records, 1853–1935[M3WJ-PRM]" ?
When I run the Quality Check, it appears that the Indexing project is looking for many more entries. (There are only three line of data in this batch - that I can see.)
Thank you for your help, Lynn

Hi Lynn. You are correct that there are only 3 records on the image. You need to delete the unused entries so the batch can be submitted. Deleting those is quite easy. You need to click on the trash can icon in the middle of the toolbar, choose "all blank entries", click delete. I believe it will delete the ones where you have filled in the fields with blank. If not, then simply bring up the entry, click the trash can, and select "current entry".
It is also important to read the field helps to get more instructions. Field helps are accessed by clicking on the purple question mark that appears when we click on a field. For instance, we don't index a zero before single digit numbers on the dates unless the project instructions say to do that, and we don't calculate birth years, and we don't usually type the word unknown. When something is written as unknown in the name field, it is usually marked blank. The field help for surnames on this project says: If the surname was not recorded or was written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.
Rather than asking questions in the IDEAS section, it is best to use the Q and A area and choose Indexing. The community help tab on your batch should take you directly to that part of the community.
Good luck and Happy Indexing!
