The latest death records (after 2006) don't show the date of birth or age of the person. They could be 1 year old or 100 which is not helpful at all.

Hi, @Tony Gooding! Were you referring to records that you are indexing? Or are these records that you have found that don't show any birth or ages? If these are indexing records that you are indexing - please include the Batch name and batch code. You can find this information by going into Batch - About Batch and copying the information found there. This code is specific to this batch and is helpful for us to know how to answer your concerns.

This could be for privacy reasons. Some countries wait for 50 or even 100 years before making death records publicly available. We should be grateful that such recent records are publicly available from the UK.
