Printing Continuation of ordinances that need to be done

Cannot print multiply ordinance that have needs to progressed to the next level after we have done the beginning ordinances for our ancestors. I am have to print one person per page which is a waste of paper and toner. It is also hard to organize the names such as: 1) after a group of people have been baptised I want to reprint the names and get them ready for initiatory, I have to search for each person then print them one at a time, 2) when you want to print people on multiple papers it does not allow you to accomplish printing them all.

Would like to be able to print multiple names for list of completed work for the next ordinances, not have to copy and paste each person you have complete which only prints one name at a time. I am have to print one person per page which is a waste of paper and toner.

For example: G94Z-NRR, G9HP-6FT, G9SN-XLF needs to have their initatory done they are on my completed ordinance page, so when I click on them I would like it to print the next set of cards for these people on the same page, but the system will not allow me to do this.
